His finishes are probably my favorite of any luthier. Sweet guitar!

Congrats! Those intrigue me quites a bit. Terry builds world class stuff. You don't see much of it around these days.

Give us a full report once she is broken in!

The luthier's name is Terry McInturff. One hell of a luthier!

Thumbs up

Here's the sordid details. Mahogany neck in TCM standard carve with rosewood fretboard and micro dots. Low output pickups, Voodoo bridge and D'marzio mini bucker. Callaham bridge with compensated brass saddles, ash body with mahogany cap. Tobaccoburst top, neck and back, with scraped purfling. Spertzel locking tuners, ebony knobs. 3-way switching, volume tone, and propriarity mid control. Terry C. McInturff was going for Jimmy Pages Tele tones on the first Led Zepplin album as the inspiration for this guitar. It can do all of that and so much more! I find myself using the lead pickup most but the minibucker add a whole other palatte of available tones. The mid control is mindblowing in its capabilities. Yeah, there aren't many of them around.......yet, but I think Terry has a real winner with this one.

Muddy, they're less than 4k, but not less than 3k

I have 2 of Terry's FLE's (forum limited edition). It doesn't get a whole lot better than a TCM...different, but not better.

Visually that's the most attractive TCM guitar I have seen. Nice dish carve, nice 50's Gibson look.

Congrats, mainsale. I'm still in love with mine:

This next one isn't mine, but I always thought it was a great looking guitar. I'd love to get my hands on a three pickup version of the Terrycaster. Having the in-between positions along with the mid control would get you pretty much anywhere you wanted to go. Maybe the owner will see this and chime in.

Reminds me a lot of Nik Huber´s "Telefin". The demand for Hybrids seems to be quite evident!

The Terrycaster is a very nice interpretation of the same theme! Congrats!!
