New tune with "mystery guitar" - inc Backing Track

Hi,

I've listened to your opinions and I've now written another tune with/for this guitar that I very well may buy. I'm growing really fond of it.

This time it's the guitar with neck pu straight into the Boss GS-10 and then into the sound card. No pedals.

Once again I'd be pleased if you would lend your sensitive ears and tell be what you think of the sound.

Here is:
Jumping Towers

For those of you who may want to jam/noodle along here's:
Jumping Towers Backing Track

Enjoy and post your takes

Cheers,

Mats N

Great tone Mats. Backing is real good too. I did a take last night but I can't seem to post my take here. The link won't paste. You can find it on my signature though. It's the first song.

Hi,

Thanks for the nice comments:
The guitar is actually a new quite inexpensive SA500 which is sort of a ES-335. Fact is I like it so much that I'm keeping it and selling my Gibson ES-335 one piece maple top.

Cheers,

Hi Mats -

The best guitar I ever owned was a 1980 Yamaha SA2000.
For me, price isn't an issue (meaning, I don't care how cheap it is). I wanted an LP, so I found one on eBay that was selling brand new for $300. It was by a company called Wolf (??). Anyway, they said they weren't making them anymore, so I figured, Why not try it?
After I got it, I took it to 2 different guitar techs, and they couldn't believe the quality. Both said it played better than most Gibson LP's that they work on.

So if you like the guitar, that's all that matters.
