When your domain reg. expires you no longer receive the email sent to that domain. Gonna need to make a phone call. The phone info is available using "whois" but I'm not going to post it here even though it is public.

Edit: I just tried to call him on the number listed in his 'whois' information but it's been disconnected. Anyone know a number they can call him on?
