Line 6 "Let There Be Loud" 1-24-14

Some kind of new amp, not much detail yet, says 1-24-14, is this NAMM?

Hmmm. Could it be a marriage of the PODHD and Stagesource Speaker?

It looks like the Stagesource Speaker grill in the pictures.

OMG. Have they finally managed to make new technology sound exactly like old technology?

Can't they just show up at NAMM and bring something killer to the table? All the hype always ends up shooting them in the foot. The ad copy gets old after a while. Surprised Rich Renken hasn't jumped in to fan the hype flames this year lol

Ok so lets see if I got this right. Not that long ago pod hd and x with l6 link and NEW dt series amps that could be used as a standalone amp or with the hd500. This was supposed to be should I say the new flagship amp. So now what are they going to say. Sounds like the same old you know what. First it was the Vetta then the Vetta 2 then Spider valve then the dt series. It seems to me line 6 has a history of giving up way to sone of there line of amps.

The mood towards certain companies (not just Line 6) in here is just gloomy. Marketing hype is just the name of the game. We ask for hints, so they drop hints, and then get berated by armchair critics.

These guys are doing more to advance the music industry than probably any of us in here. Try to show just a bit of class, folks. Worse things have been done in this world than hyping a musical gadget.

That knob has a speaker icon at one end and "blend" at the other.

So what's there to blend in a guitar amp??

That's indeed a good guess.
