New Guitar Day(with pic & clip) Yairi Masterworks with Fishman Aura system:

Big Brown truck delivered this today:



It's a Alvarez Yairi Masterworks DYM95C, with a Fishman Aura pickup/mic imaging system (linky)

Here's a quick clip i did with it, Direct in on the Eathworks mic setting on the Aura:

Very nice tone, sounds natural and open, not compressed like so many pickup/preamp combinations..

Yup, Aura only, no Piezo... and that's only one of SIX sounds from it!
