Doug is a really good guy, always very helpful and I've never had issues with the tubes I've purchased from him... Actually I just ordered tubes from him this morning... I know they will come quickly and be well tested...

He is very much a quality guy.

I have been doing business with Doug since a little after he started. He had more of an EBAY presence back then which is how I found him.

Never had an issue or a problem and besides that he is great to talk gear with. :RoCkIn

Another Dougs tubes customer here. I had a couple of failures allmost right out of the box 1 call and Doug made it right. Great guy to deal with:AOK!
