Help with bent note note vibrato

Having a hell of a time trying to develop a good tight B.N.Vibrato.Any exercises to help this along? I consider this a absolute must for good solo technique........HELP!

It sounds stupid but I used to walk around with my left hand clenched like I was gripping a guitar neck, pressing my fingertips against the heel of my hand like it was the fretboard and practice vibratoing them. I used to do it when I was at work or somewhere when I couldn't play the guitar. It actually helped alot.
