Switching four guitars
I have tried to search for something, but it's difficult to find exactly what I want. Can someone recommend the best way to switch between four and possibly more electric guitars. By that I mean at least four switchable inputs with a single output.

WOBO can make you something like that... I'm sure Loop-Master could as well.

Lehle makes killer switch boxes. He has a 3 in 1. You could get two of them.

Thanks for the replies guys. I looked into lehle switchboxes, but didn't consider using two of them. I'm also having a little trouble understanding exactly how I would use two of them. I know I could buy ANOTHER AB box and switch between the outputs, but that would get a little too much like feet gymnastics on stage. A little enlightenment please?

Unplug the guitar you are playing.
Put that guitar on a stand. Pick up one of the other 3 guitars. Plug cable into jack of new guitar. ROCK. add a kill box to get rid of jack noise |

If you really hate this route, you WILL be able to have someone custom-build you a box. I can't think of anything that is in production, however.

Maybe he's on to something? Seriously, I use two A/B boxes on my board. The first is used to switch out to my tuner. The second is used to split to two amps. This works great. I just switch to tuner mode, unplug and grab another guitar. Can't take any longer than having all of them plugged in....and it's a heluva lot cheaper than two Lehle's!

I am in a indie rock band with a set live show of only originals. We rarely pause between songs, and fumbling with a cable while switching from one guitar to the next is not an option. Once the guitar is back on the stand, the cable is running off to the side of the stage and does not cause a problem. No offense to anyone, but people only cheer for so long, and it seems unprofessional to me to still be switching guitars when I could have just put the guitar down, picked another up, and tapped a button in the process. In any case, thanks for all the input guys!
