Do I need a dedicated buffer?
My signal goes as such;
From guitar>Teese Pic wah>lehle a/b/c box. A>tuner. B>69fuzz>Klon>TC chorus>DD5>TTE>Carr slant6V. Do I need a buffer, ie. axess unit. Does the TTE, since tube driven act as a buffer? |

The TTE probably does do what a buffer does, but it depends on whether you're losing signal earlier in the chain.
Do you feel you need to hear something you're not hearing?

Not really. IT is just that I have an Axess unit and I have never used it out and to be honest, I couldn't tell a big difference when I played with it at home. And I practice at home, real close to gig levels. I understand that the Klon has a pretty sufficient buffer as well.

If you can't notice any signal loss then I wouldn't bother.

Isn't the Klon in your B line acting as your dedicated buffer?
I really think that you already have it covered. |

How much more buffered do you want to be?

A little off topic, but while I loved the sound of my TC chorus, I thought it sucked tone bigtime when off but still in the chain.

no, I don't. I am just not hip on all this buffer talk and the hype got me to buy an axess unit and after buying, I didn't really think that I needed it. Live and learn.
