quick digi002 question

so if i wanna record my jams with my band...no problem except we dont wanna use headphones

sooo i can i run my vocal mic into our PA and then just send the mono PA out into instrument input 1 on the digi002

or

should i run the mic into the digi002 and then run the line out to the PA

thanks

There are arguments for both but I would run to the 002 first. Your recordings will sound better since they are not passing through the PA. Just be sure to set the input monitor to avoid any latency issues.

Mic > PA > Digi002

I think latency will be a minor concern when you PA is feeding back.

how would i "Set the input monitor"
i was just worried that running an out from the 002
would mean i would have to hear all mic singnals through tge PA
and we dont need that
