Best pedalboard tuner for daylight gigs?

What's the best tuner to use for daytime gigs? My band plays lots of outdoor fests in the summer and I am getting tired of trying to read my Boss TU-2 in bright sunlight. I have heard good things about the Strobostomp but have not tried one out. Any suggestions?

I played out in the middle of a field on a flatbed trailer on the most sunny day you could imagine...I could see the Strobostomp as clear as day. I couldn't see the led's on any of my other pedals.

I like my Korg DT-10, but the only time I played outside since I've had it was last summer. 4:45 we took the stage and the sun had moved into my spot and I couldn't see a thing. I ended up making a shield with a piece of cardboard.

Actually it's got a needle and LEDs. But from a distance the needle is quite hard to see. However, it's what I use and I get on OK; just sometimes I need to crouch down near the 'board.

I can tell you that the Planet Waves is not visible in the daylight, so you can knock that off your list.

Thanks for all the opinions so far, everybody. I am probably going to check out the Strobostomp, but will keep checking back here to see if any other contenders pop up. Peace.

I've been the Noon opener for all day festivals... I've got direct sun, 70% of the audience are family; 30% of the audience are beer and ice vendors; and my STROBOSTOMP.... Another vote for Strobostomp...
