Cool Can someone suggest a comp pedal under $100

Looking to get a compression/sustain pedal.

I've looked into a few ranging from the MXR Dyna Comp, Boss, Danelectro, Digitech. I heard that the Dyna comp can be a bit noisy, but would love some first hand knowledge.

I'm trying to keep it under $100. Any suggestions?

Guyatone ST-2, great compressor, plus it has a switch that you can let the dry signal go through uncompressed.

If you're looking for something transparent, then I think Monte Alums modded CS-3 is great in that price range.

Byoc comp is pretty cheap, and you can build it to ross comp, or dyna comp specs.

Otherwise, i'de agree that looking into a marshall ed-1

Marshall ED-1. Very versatile with nice sound and low noise

I'll sell you mine for $30. Only catch is the footswitch doesn't work so you can't turn it off.

And what about noise issues? the Dyna Comp seems to add quite a bit of noise. will the marshall and others do this as well?

+1 on the Tone Press. Used they're around $100 I think and are versatile and quiet.
