hey thanks guys.

chris- i'm trying to improve my production chops after hearing your stuff! haha. i have no idea how you get your mixes to sound like that but all of your stuff sounds incredible.

lucid- thanks! yeah man. i went through a heavy alan watts phase about 10 years ago. it started with "the book" and then snowballed from there.

Very cool Jack! Kind of reminds me of twelve tone classical, which if you are not familiar with you would probably like. Lots of cool unexpected notes in there, great job. Herbie Hancock fan? I met him once, very chill with a cheshire cat grin, very down to earth, brilliant pianist of course! The king of fusion imo. Keep up the good work Jack,
Mike

thanks for checking the stuff out gtrwrks and mikeredwine. yeah i definitely checked out some 12 tone stuff (berg, webern, schoenberg). i grew up playing violin and had played some of that music. i LOVE herbie hancock. he's one of my favorite players and writers. his fusion stuff is amazing especially sextant and thrust.
