My current camera kinda sux on definition/resolution however here's a new one of mine.
It's a 60's relic type of thang...my first partscaster and relic. Wish I had better pics
I think I got pretty lucky on the body checking/aging however that doesn't show up in these. I'm waiting on teh neck to cure before I relic it.

Sorry, I've totally missed your post But here's some spec on the guitar:

Body is 2-piece Ash, very thin nitro paint. Bakelite pickguard
Neck is from German www.rockinger.de refreted with 6105 and the radius have been changed to 10"
Neck pickup is custom wound(it's brighter than most tele neck pup's) from http://www.lundgren.se
The bridge pickup is a converted ~55 Fender lapsteel pup, sounds fantastic.
Saddles are from Glendale, also very good stuff!
Pots, switch and jack are Alpha, CRL and Switchcraft.

It's actually under modification, yesterday I pulled the neck pup and had it wired like an esquire, now I'm just waiting on a new pickguard

/Ronnie

Here's 2 that are pretty cool-The Strat is one a buddy built me years ago-Fender wasn't even making relics back then=It combines all my favorite features into one guitar-50's lightweight one piece swamp ash body, Elliott Mechanic replica neck from that is about 17 years old or so-Big progile, 7'25 radius, extra dark Braz board, and stock Fender frets. Pickups are Abigail Ybarra sighned Custom Shop 54's, trem, bridge and tuners are from an early Fullerton reissue, just put on the Allparts red torty guard. The controls are a 5 way, master volume and tone and a blender control. I have Vintage Strats but this is my main Strat.

The Tele Custom is one I did up myself out of parts I got dirt cheep! It has a real 73 Tele Custom Neck, a super light MIM body, original wide range Bucker (a cool find at a pawnshop for 30 bucks!) 60's Fender amp knobs, Bournes pots and a Dimarzio T-Zone with a coil tap switch. It has Schallers and a white Chandler guard (still got the black one, should I need to get it back to a Kieth look. Got a few Teles, but I really prefer the Custom for harder rocking Tele tones-with that cool wide range humbucker and the T-Zone's humbucking abilty, this one digs Marshall and high decibels!!

Wow I'm glad to have found this thread. I'm working on my first relic right now(Tele). I should be done with it in the next week.

Good inspiration here.

Light "relic" ...and not at all trying to be authentic. Just used
Stock MIM that used to be blue (with a purplish hue). Light and resonant, so decided to make her a "beater" ...plays and sound fantastic ...really exceeded my expectations.
