Jen crybaby

I picked up an old Jen crybaby at a garage sale for AUD$10, it's got a bit of wear and tear to it but works perfectly. It sounds great too, really throaty and vocal like, very similar to Cream's White Room.
Does anybody have any idea as to what year it might be or any info on the inductors and components etc. The insides don't look like any Jen or other Jen made wahs like gretch, gem ... that I've seen. I've searched the web and there's not a lot of info for Jen and I'm curious to know a bit more about it and what it's worth.

The Board in your Jen Crybaby Case looks like a GEM or Cosmosound Wah Distortion. It isn't a Jen Crybaby board. Still pretty cool.I'd probably offer $100usd if you were trying to sell to me. Take the board out and see if it says something on the back side.

I have an old Italian Jen Crybaby. I got it used used years ago at Guitar Center, who was selling it cheap because it wasn't a 'real' Crybaby!

I've seen the guts of a few gem wahs (made by Jen) and this doesn't look like any of them, I have never seen a Cosmosound so not sure about them. I have another jen with a smaller cicuit board and red fasel inductor and it has the same coloured board also like gtrwrks said in his post. I can't take out the board coz it's stuck in with some type of old silicone or epoxy and I don't want to chance cracking it.

I have a few books with in depth info on wahs and have owned and seen a lot down through the years but I've never seen an inductor like this one thats why I'm trying to get a bit of info on it. I know how much regular Jens go for as I have one and I collect vintage pedals but because this one has unusual components and seems to be some sort of rarity or oddball I wasn't sure. I saw a Jen on ebay 2 yrs ago that made over 200GBP which is roughly US$400 give or take, it was in really good condition and came complete with the bag. There's a nice one on ebay at the moment for nearly $190 with six days to go.

Thanks bandofthieves I really appreciate the help you've given me. I had never seen a cosmosound board before and the Gems I have seen had Fasel inductors. Geoffrey Teese sent me this pic yesterday of a gem board with the same inductor as mine. Anyone know know where I can find some more info on cosmosound wahs?

I have an old late 70s JEN Crybaby white, same as your, with the white bumpe, but I have a GREEN Fasel in mine, with yellow tubular (Mallory 150 style) capacitors. We dont have the same board for sure!
