That should be Guitar (Tones).
Sounds like a Cranked amp with the volume rolled of the guitars for clean up.
Playing the Chords correct and positions. B.May did a great job covering the tune.
Best bet is to seek out Paul playing it live as well so you can find a happy medium for One Guitar.

If you don't have a plexi head and a gig where you can open it up, what WILL give you a close approximation is a clean amp, an overdrive pedal (that isn't overly bright) with a goodly amount of gain dialed in, put your guitar on the bridge pickup and roll back the volume to about the 3-4 range.

This will still give you a somewhat-overdriven tone, but also add the clarity and definition. When you come to the solo areas, just raise the volume level on your guitar to get back the singing sustain.

Also keep in mind that the tone your looking for is very midrange focused, so a TS-style OD would work.

This is a good example of an early plexi-Marshall / Les Paul combination
1) Get a guitar some type of low output bridge humbucker.
2) Get an amp where you can pump up the mids and the treble (don't use alot of bass).
3) Use a closed-back speaker cabinet
4) Play variations on an A maj chord for the entire song

I play that tune with my band --- and I can pretty much nail it with a Klon and a Vincent set to 7 Watts. Trust me a Klon and a Vinnie at 7 Watts is LOUD and works fine in a small club -- need more vol just mike the amp or set amp to 33 watts and up the gain slightly. A good TS style pedal can also get you there as well (for a lot less money).

You also need a nice LP

Into a clean amp of pretty much any description, the Jetter GS Black (available next month ?) will get you there - see http://www.jettergear.com/sounds.cfm# for soundclip. As will the Blackstar HT Dual and HT Dist - see http://youtube.com/watch?v=y696f_ckPZI for video. I think I pretty much nail the Kossof tone at 2:29 in the vid.
There are some great Marshally pedals out there at the moment. Someone is bound to mention the Menatone KotB, which I'm sure does the Kossof tone beautifully.
I have a Box of Rock (which I love), but I don't think it is "superleady" enough for All Right Now.
Sit back and watch all the other suggestions roll in !
