Santana / Tito Puente riffs

Here's a segment of Oye Como Va I recorded with a backing track last night.

http://www.guitardavetaylor.com/Dave...nStageBlue.mp3

Lead guitar is the bridge pickup of a MIJ Burny Les Paul Std - a Dimarzzio PAF Classic

Effects are a Jetter Gain Stage Blue overdrive into an old Boss DM-2 analog delay.

The amp is a recent model tweed Fender Blues Jr.

Rhythm guitar is a MIJ 50's Strat with Van Zand pickups.

Recorded with a Sony stereo condenser mic about 4' from the front of the amp - not as good a quality as my usual combination of off-axis close micing mixed with a room mic, but it's quick-n-easy.

Enjoy!

Yeah Man. Got the "Allman vibe " with the harmony. Yup!

Thanks, Joe and Andy - and Andy: I wasn't even thinking Allmans when I worked out the harmony bit, but now that you mention it...
