AM or Retro-Sonic chorus?

Ok It's time for a chorus. I got a Mojo Vibe and a Nano Small Stone but think I would like to had a chorus. So I nail it between those two: Retro-Sonic chorus and Analog Man mini-chorus. Wich one do you prefer?

Tanks,

If you want the old school Roland Chorus Ensemble sound, the Retro-Sonic is it. I haven't heard the AM, but I think it is chasing a different chorus sound.

I have the Retro Sonic and for nailing the CE-1 tones this is the best their is. I've never tried the Analogman Chorus.

I had an AM chorus for a couple of years and replaced it when I got a RetroSonic. I sold the RetroSonic earlier this year [after having it for 2/3 years] and replaced it with an AM BiChorus - the AM has a deep switch which improves its functionality.

Take your pick - you can’t do much better than either…

While there are lots of good honorable mentions in this category, it's essentially a classic preference question: if you are looking for a boutique, quality update of the old EH Small Clone syrup, the AM Chorus (w/ deep switch) is for you; if a hi-fidelity version of the vintage Boss CE-1 swirl is your fancy, the Retro-Sonic (particularly the voltage regulated older one) is peerless.

cheers!

If you like to use Mojo Vibe and chorus together, I think the Retro-Sonic is a better compliment than the AM.

I agree that it's a matter of preference. You're choosing between two top notch units that offer different types of sounds.

I meant two to three years, not two thirds of a year. Both are GREAT chorus pedals - buy one.
