The Difference Between Good and Great Pedalmakers (Dr. Scientist Content)

This:

I broke the switch off of my Dr. Scientist RRR pedal, so i emailed Ryan to see if maybe he could send me another one.

Well, not only did he send me the switch FREE AND FREE OF SHIPPING FROM CANADA, but he sent me like THREE switches AND like 20 colored switch caps for all the pedals(7) that i bought from him.

Oh, and did i mention the halloween candy? Annnnnddd the really freaking sweet picks?

heck....yes.

Anyways, i just didn't want this type of customer service to go unnoticed.

FYI...You've got Canadian candy there, which is way better than US.
Tell Ryan, next time he needs to throw in an Aero bar. Then you will really be in heaven.
(man, I've got to order one of his pedals!!!!!!)

Great to hear!! customer service is not dead. I think this is probably the best sort of lasting legacy of the boutique revolution... that and $200 tube screamers.

Great pedals, great to do business with. Highly recommended (even without the candy and picks).

As a dealer I am treated extremely well by Ryan as well.
The pedals are top notch quality and have amazing tones.
I am personally hooked.

You should all check them out at your local dealer for a test drive.
Very nice indeed! I say this as a player and not a reseler.

Ryan is a great guy who makes great effects. Superb customer service, too. I'm loving my Tremolessence. It's definitely a keeper.
