I like it, It's a good tune. Enjoyed the melody and lyrics.....but....maybe I can offer some suggestions to help make it better in my opinion.

Vocals: The vocalist is singing too much in her head, and nose, and not enough from the throat or chest. Another suggestion: Give the Chorus different reverb from the verse...it will help it jump out more.

Guitars: Too much of the same from all three(?) guitars. Clean one or two up to add punch and clarity.

Overall Mix: It maybe the MP3 but somethings sound a little too compressed or Maximized.

Finally: I think it could be sped up a bit.

It was one of my five minute songs,
it's old and I'm not revisiting it any further! LOL
Just some final mixing.
Normally I write less repetitive songs,
but it seemed worthy enough to record!

Doug , this song and the one on harmony Central (your fake booooootalz one) are PUMPING like hell.. . The compressor's going wacko especially on the HC one. (just a headsup ) I thought it was my computer audio at first but then I listened to some other stuff that wasn't like that.

Yeh heah...I liked it. I'd like to hear that live with a full ass kicking band. It took me a minute, I think because it's a girl singing but I definiitely get a Nirvana vibe. Nice job.

The guy above my post also mentioned the compression, but I'm just mentioning the pumping . (perhaps something with my system is making it worse though)

Anyway , if you it doesn't bother you , no biggie, just trying to be helpful! She's got a sexy voice, but a bit too early 80'ish to me ala Missing Personsesque. If that picture you posted of your girlfriend at HC the other day was really your girlfriend, oh my friggin god was she beautiful.

I know about the compression, I'm just posting clips.:BEER
We're still mixing, but I burn reference CD's off the mastering
program and we just turn it up all the way before.
I do appreciate the feedback though, we'll get it right.
