Ordering a Suhr?

When custom ordering a Suhr, do you pay the list price? Or do you usually order it through a dealer and pay less?

You go through a dealer. They're typically 30-35% off list from what I can see.

Talk to a dealer.

Couple of dealers I have dealt with (and can recommend) that handle Suhrs

Black Creek Guitars (purchased a lot of guitars from them)

Golden Age (Just purchased a Suhr from them)

Your better quality dealers will carry Suhr guitars ---

Gbase Search will give you a list of dealers and their current inventory. If you want to custom order I am sure anyone of them can handle it for you.

as always, comparison shopping (and asking for best price) never hurts.

i just went to one flight up guitars to buy a suhr cab, and they didnt discount from the list price. they want 650 for the unloaded cab.

should i go somewhere else?

this guy gave me the whole shpeil on how he gets screwed because people come in the shop and try stuff out and then buy it somewhere else cheaper.

he seemed like a nice guy, and i wanna buy it from him, but if its 30% off somewhere else its kind of a big difference.

I mean if it were only 5 percent id probably just get it from him, but is this kinda cruel?

am i getting hosed? whats the fair practice? Paging JOHN!

Call Teddy, Shane or John at Make 'n Music. They will take care of you. Plus, they often have 6-7 Suhrs in stock - sometimes more, depending on their current inventory level.
