TDPRI transplant in upstate NY

Hi, everyone. I've been lurking around here off and on for a little while and thought it was time I finally came out in the open and said hello.

First off, you pronounce my handle "Eric," which is my name. I don't want anyone to confuse me with either a French woman or Hispanic man (both have happened).

Lotsa folks on here know me from the TDPRI (same handle). I'm mostly a Tele kinda guy, but I love lotsa Gibson-ish humbucker guitars too.

It turns out that I like learning to build and repair guitars as much or more than I like learning to play them, but I keep pretending that I know how to play a little, too. At the moment I have 3 guitar projects in the works, plus about 10 more planned in my head. So far I've built a couple of tele bodies from scratch, and the next step is to learn to carve a neck.

Photography is another hobby of mine, so I thought I'd share a recent shot that I'm proud of. This guitar belongs to a friend, and is in my possession to get it ready for sale. I thought it would make a good subject while I had it here.
