Salutations From San Antonio Texas

Hello all!
I found this page recently and have not been able to surf any other web sites due to all the great information I find here. Wanted to introduce myself.
I play lead guitar in a classic rock band Called "Speedtrap" here in SA. Actually I am the only guitar player in the band so therefore I am the lead guitarist by default. I am really into Epiphone gear and play a Epiphone LP through Epiphone Amps. When I have a need for a single coil work I pull out my Mex Made Stratocaster armed with a set of Dual Calibrated Rio Grande Pick Ups! I have an assortment of pedals but my Snarling Dog Blue Bawls Wah pedal is my favorite. I am very new to actual gigging work but l have had the best time with the few gigs we have played so far.
Looking forward to learning tons from fellow musicians.

Welcome from another Texan. I enjoyed San Antonio in 76, and again from 97-2003. I hope to get back to that area soon.

Love Nashville

Howdy do Hipkitty. I've been to Nashville and had me a great time there. Lots of great music and talent there. Watching "The Next Great American Band" on TV here I see that Sixwire and The Clarke Brothers hail from there as well. Love their music!

Glad to hear you had a good time here! Maybe next time you come in, we can get together, I have some contacts that could get you in to check out Epi world and some of the Gibson areas.

We've played a couple of Back yard parties and private stuff but our last gig was out at Helotes at a burger place called Bobby J's. We're still working on getting some more gigs here pretty soon.

What about yourself?
