I love thew bassline to 'Hair' (at 4' 12"), and so many of his other monster parts. Not the fastest or most technical, but that groove, that tone.

I have watched those vidoes so many times, Larry is the man...I tried to find the original tape these excerpts came from but had no luck, anyone know?

Also, what is Larry's bass setup?

He was profiled in Bass Player mag awhile back, and they had a bunch of stuff about his gear. It may still be on their site.
