A lead boost for my Ol Yeller

Any suggstions? This ol yeller is awesome, I now need a boost for lead breaks. I 'm currently using a TS808 ri but it aint cutting it. (Actually, the TS808 RI sounds embarrassingly bad next to the ol yeller, and will be up for sale very soon).

Any suggestions?

I'm thinking the Ulbrick megaladon....

Have you tried using the 808 as a booster(gain down, volume up)?

Yep, no good, I dont like it.

TS808 has to go.

Will a fuzz face work well as a boost?

I have an Addrock Not So Ol' Yeller and love it. Even though it has 2 channels I've tried boosting each channel with different pedals. I dig the boost side of the ZVEX Box of Rock a lot for this. But really, I prefer having 2 channels with their own volumes as opposed to an overdrive and boosting it.

I recently got a EH LPB-1 nano from a TGP'er here. It had the original battery and it is LOUD! Used it at a gig Saturday at 9-10 o'clock and it worked excellent. After about noon on the dial it adds OD (which may or may not be your thing). Inexpensive and awesome! Local GC in PA has a used BBE Boosta Grande for 39.....
