Good digital reverb-affordable!!

I've never ever used reverb aside from when I first started playing. I've recently found a small need for it, and was wondering what's out there. I've never tried the Boss Dig Rev, but does it blend well? I just want a bit of a tail, not very much verb at all. Anything else in a stomp that's ok? I play vintage amps, no loop, so those are out for me. I also play some acoustic gigs every once in a while, so I may use it there too. Tell me what you think.

Cool, that's kinda what I had in mind. I don't need a whole lot, just something to 'moisten' my amp a little. Line 6 does do some things well. I like their delay modeler also.

Boss RV-3. Awesome! Inexpensive too.

I've been happy with the tone of the Digiverb.

+1 on the Verbzilla. I also have the Digiverb, but prefer the Verbzilla - it's got a killer '63 spring reverb emulation, and can also do a great slap echo. And there's the Octo setting for ethereal sounds!

I think the Verbzilla is more along the lines of what I want. They're on ebay all day long for cheap. Cheap is good right now!! Thanks for all the input. Gonna go try the Boss at the music store just to make sure. I can take it home if I need to without having to buy it first.

I loved my Verbzilla, until it took a dump one day after owning it for about a year. Now I need a new pedal. Biggest problem with the verbzilla and Echo Park is that if they are plugged in, they are on..always. I burned mine up.

what do you mean always on? when you power the pedal up it turns on but you can turn it off.

If it is plugged in, it has power flowing to it at all times. You can't turn it off, you can turn the effect of, but not the power.

I bought the Boss RV-7 today. It sounds decent, but my loop is line level and wreaks havoc on it. I have to turn the send level down really low to keep it from clipping.
