Can't miss instrument shops in Chicago?

I'm heading to Chicago for the weekend and would like to stop at a couple of guitar/amp shops that we don't have in Indy. What are the places in Chicago that I should not miss?

Thanks,

+1 on Make'n'Music. Great shop, amazing folks. Hopefully this plug somewhat makes up for going in there, making noise and never buying anything.

+1 on CME. Their new place is huge and they've got cool stuff like D13 amps and whatnot. Pricey, though.

I'd like to add Midwest Buy and Sell on Irving Park. The exact opposite of the above two places, Midwest is like the coolest pawn shop ever.

not that I'm a GC fan but I know that GC in Chicago has 3 vintage strats (2 65's and a 57) and a few other cool vintage pieces as well.

+1 - Great store. The other two are great as well, but I opened this thread to make sure someone had mentioned the Music Gallery.

I haven't been to the CME in a long time, last time was back when it was on Clark, I prefer Make'n by a huge margin. CME used to be way over priced vintage stuff, perhaps it's better now.

It's better now, mainly because it's bigger. Still was overpriced.
