Angry Sweat and Nitrocellulose ?

Im getting back to where I once was.. But now Im older and sweating like a slave at practice . Any recommendations for a long, happy union with my LP?

Sweat away!

Actually, if you are concerned, I would say just wipe it down real well with a micro fiber towel after everytime you play.

A little spray mist of Meguiar's Final Inspection or something similar should aid in the clean up as well.

just don't let your nitro guitar stay dirty for weeks and months on end, or the finish will absorb the gunk, becoming permanently soft and gooey. just wipe it off before throwing it back in the case (a good practice anyway, otherwise yuck!)

Wipe it down is key. I personally prefer the Virtuoso Cleaner and Polish - I sweat alot too and the cleaner is the best I've found at cutting thru the "gunk" when it starts to build up on the guitar. Use the cleaner every so often to get what the wipe down missed and you should be fine. The polish is good when you really want 'em to shine but the cleaner can do a lot just on its own.
