Tuttle strat thru an AC30

Here is a clip I did with my 2nd Tuttle. Michael put it on his site:

www.bestfrets.com and go to the audio clips section and check it out. ( Michael has one of those popup sites so I can't give a straight url to the clip directly). I have two there, one is for my maple/alder Tuttle ( I already posted that clip) and the second one is the Madagascar board/alder guitar. I must say that this is the finest Strat style guitar I have ever owned. I love the maple one but this one has it. I hadn't planned on getting two guitars right away, nor did my bank account, but Micheal said I needed to play this one, because it was special. Well he sent it over and I flipped. The best thing I can say about it is that it sounds like what a Strat should sound like when I imagine it. The pickups are Dimarzio's made to Michael's specs. I just plugged straight into an AC30 and cranked it. The guitar always makes me smile when I play it sound corny but it's true.

I have had the guitar for a number of months and the honeymoon has not ended at all. I couldn't be happier. Really...

And that is my music on the homepage as well...

Sorry, I refuse to go any further than the home page until that tune is finished.

EDIT: OK, I listened to the others and they're also great but too damn short.

Thanks for sharing.

I'm glad you like the clips. The rosewood strat is Michael's pickups. They are made for him be DiMarzio and I love them. The clip of the maple strat is the Area pickups. Michael makes great guitars I must say.

demo clips sound great but that song on the homepage is awesome!! Nice composition, great tones and playing, reminds me a bit of some of Jeff Beck's recent melodic playing (and I mean that as nothing but a compliment BTW!)

Thanks guys. I really appreciate the compliments. It was very cool of Michael to put my music up on his site. That tune is called "Highlands". I will never take a comparison to my hero Jeff Beck as anything other than a great compliment. Thanks!

As for the Tuttle guitars, they have not worn off in any way for me. Awesome.

I am answering this post on my new Blackberry. Or should I say Crackberry.

Thanks Guys. I also think I had a T-Rex on that as well. Hummm... Anyway I'm gonna bring the rosewood on the road with me with Kitaro. Man I love these guitars, the paint on mt Tele is drying according to Michael. Now I just need to come up with the money....
