I have been trying many things... Now I use Bare Kuncles, Lollars 's Blackface, the Blonde... I like these too.

Personally I love the way Duo Sonics.. especially Musicmasters. Flatpole makes something special for me. Not too bright but it's clear and warm bottom not boomy. I may change back to something so don't try!

I put several pickgurad assembly so that I can switch them quicky. I made 5 sets!

Since Tomo got this thread stared I'll start off by saying AYGP, after years of owning it, it still my favorite.

All clips are through a Holland Lil' Jimi amp:

Here's a quick review of the pedalboard:

Here's a 2004 Nash strat w/ Fralin Vintage Hots:

Here's a relic tele w/ Fralin stock telecaster pickups:

Like everyone I love feedback so let her rip.
All the recordings were done with a handcam through the built-in mic.

I dont have time for a new recording but did a music video a while ago for a contest, (which won first place BTW lol).

I own a guitar but no amps, I use a Yamaha Magicstomp and Digitech EX7 as my amp and FX. I can get some nice tones out of the rig but am looking into the Gmajor as an upgrade.

Yea its in mono and somewhat compressed from YouTube but you get the idea...

Guitar is a PRS SE EG

...and yea the drumming.....well thats another story for another day, probably what won the contest LMAO

Awesome tone, awesome playing as usual. Thanks.
That's why your Accelerate Your Guitar Playing DVD was my gospel, until the point where I realized that my fingers were too slow and sloppy to ever achieve such playing akill.

Thank you so much for your kind words. It's really fun to play guitar. Many different ways to approach ... I am very fortunate to understand how important about foundation. Most of us guitar players tend to play thing "right away" and this could push our habits (if there is a bad habit... play, stop.. skip beats..... move fingers less than you needed to?... make unwanted noise from left fiingers..etc) more deeply... that's what you don't want.

Sounds like you found your better approach to your guitar. I am very happy to hear that. Hope you will enjoy your guitar playing more! Thank you!

PS, Instant Guitar is great gift for kids!

Here is my newest amp, it is my Pure 64 Mean Street Classic, it is ran straight with a bit of reverb. The guitar is a Fender WW 10" '65 Relic Rosewood/Alder Strat. The clip is only about 54 seconds taken from the first part of the lead from my newest song "Waiting", the song is not finished, but as soon as it is I will post it.

My current set up

Here's a recent video with a picture of my setup. Blues Jr. has the BillM mods and a swamp thang speaker. Just got the Mr. Ed and use it as a lead boost - don't think I'll keep it though - I'm going for an OCD. Also, the bridge pickup went out on my Strat (1977) and I replaced it with a SD stacked humbucker.

Live LOOPing

OK another clip. LiveLOOPing this time. Live in this case means that i click record and start to play. No backing, live alone in the celler :AOK so this is 100% improvised, i try to react to the loop and get some development..
The looping device is a Echoplex Digital Pro that in the amps effects loop (post OD), there is also echo and a Catulator tube buffer in the effects loop.
The amp is "The Snake" a Custom By Cougar Mystic Blue Star (100w 80's ODS style). Guitar is my latest soloway Swan, a aqua blue burst korina body with maple top and firebird style pups.
The clip is named Chaos, harmony and back, one take no overdubs echo (and flanger during fade out) added in mix. Thats all both clean and dirty sounds.. LOOPing is FUN
