Thumbs up Kudos to Catalinbread's customer support!

Just want to give a shout out to Nick at Catalinbread for his great customer service. I have a somewhat ancient Super Chile Picoso that needed a bit of TLC, and Nick went above and beyond to get it running better than ever. Thanks to erksin also for his assistance! :AOK

Those guys are awesome. Totally went above and beyond in helping me fix a problem with one of their products.

Not to lecture, but what small business--particularly in this economic environment--can afford NOT to bend over backwards to foster customer loyalty?

Nah, these guys have always been ship-shape, their level of support is practically unwarranted.

We owe it all to Erksin. I work 15 hours a day on designing pedals, improving current pedals, day dreaming about future musical devices, paying bills, sourcing parts, talking with partners... I have little brain power left over for anything else. But Erksin knows his gear, knows his tones, and knows how to communicate these to our customers way better than I can. Pretty soon I hope to have him available for live support from the website. I am really grateful to have Erksin onboard.
