What gear would you like to try (other then guitar)
If you still want to play the game, I would love to know your answer to the following question...
You wake up in a room and it is full of high end gear... Effects, accessories, high end picks, hand made amps and so on... What small companies of gear (non guitar) would be exciting to you guys... ??? You know the ones where you find a crazy guy in a shop doing his magic... Nothing is too special to mention! thanks in advance

1) A David Caron violin
2) One of Marilyn Waller's Violins or Violas I'm so sick of overhyped boutique guitar amps and pedals. It's become a major yawnfest for *me* YMMV. |

If there is anyone out there making a modern clone of the huge modular synths from the 70s, like the one in Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii, I'd be all over that.

Moved to proper area....
Hook a brother up with a Walter Woods bass rig...and a real B3 with a leslie. Wouldn't mind a nice old school Selmer MkIV Bari Sax....I miss playing Bari Sax sometimes.

I know a guy who has one in his studio, but now we need a player to hear it properly.

I'm excited about trying out the Steinberger electric cello that my drummer just bought...I've spent thousands of dollars trying to make my guitars sound like cellos, and have never quite understood why I don't just play the real thing.
Other than it's not a guitar, I mean... |
