Chinese Democracy: Does Anyone Care Anymore?

Let's face it. It's been years since the last Guns n' Roses record. And the last one didn't have anything new on it.

All that's left in the band is Axel and Dizzy (I think Dizzy is still in).

So will be a huge flop because the fans have moved on? Will it end up in the discount bin?

I don't.

That doesnt mean I'm not going to try and listen to a few tracks.

I definitely plan on being unimpressed.

Some of the best albums were made in a matter of days/weeks.

Not 15 years.

The "delay" has ruined any feelings I may have once had about their music. Kind of like the player strikes over the years have ruined baseball for me....

Yeah; I don't care and what I've heard is not impressive. Axel has obviously gone nuts - he's a modern day Brian Wilson!! 15 years to make a record is just beyond sensible. Frank Zappa would have made 20-30 records in that time frame.

Dizzy? Dont you mean Izzy? I thought Axel was the only one left.I heard the single today, and whilst not too bad a song,no where near good enough for the amount of quality control he has put on this record. It will sell in droves though....

I rarely break out this annoying internet expression, but: meh. No Slash, no band.

Yeah, I'll buy it. Hell it will be $9.99 at BB. I can barely get a decent martini for that.
