Greg Jennings. If you listen to Restless Heart, Greg covered a lot of ground... from country chickin-pickin', to killer slide, to the stunning acoustic of 'Long Lost Friend'.
I'd love to have a peek inside his seemingly bottomless bag of tricks.

As for TGPers I think Pete Thorn would do a good one, on the strength of his youtube stuff, he has the chops and the communication skills to get the information across

i agree, i watch derek trucks in the allmans dvd all the time trying to pick up on his stuff, but would love an instructional dvd from him,

one from sonny would be cool also

Have you heard of Guthrie's 'Creative Guitar' I and II? They aren't DVD's but these book/CD combos are very thorough for theory and technique.
