Greg Jennings. If you listen to Restless Heart, Greg covered a lot of ground... from country chickin-pickin', to killer slide, to the stunning acoustic of 'Long Lost Friend'.

I'd like to see Andy Timmons do one, I like his style.
As for TGPers I think Pete Thorn would do a good one, on the strength of his youtube stuff, he has the chops and the communication skills to get the information across |

Have you heard of Guthrie's 'Creative Guitar' I and II? They aren't DVD's but these book/CD combos are very thorough for theory and technique.
