Tele Pickguards

I can find 8-hole 3-ply white pickguards, i can find 5-hole single ply white pickguards - i cant find an 8-hole single ply white guard for love nor money, especially not one cut for a humbucker or mini-hum.

Does someone know where i can order one from? I've scoured allparts and the usual suspects, but dont seem to having any luck.

Warmoth.com

Look in their pickguard section. They will cut you any of their templates and even one you would want done if they don't have it and their materials are top notch...

The reason you can't find one that way is because they were never put on a guitar that way. The early (50's) guitars had the 5 holes and the single ply pickguards. Later they went to multi ply pickguards and 8 holes. So you will have to get one custom made.

Warmoth is making them http://www.warmoth.com/pickguards/pi...ickguards_tele

You could also get one from Pickguardian. http://www.pickguardian.com/pickguardian/

Thanks very much, im not sure why i didnt spy the single ply ones when i looked at Warmoth. I figured it would be because they changed to multi-ply guards the same time they switched to using 8 screw holes, but i just thought that there might still be people who wanted single ply guards for the newer style screw config.

Thanks again!
