Flanger.Could be any of several popular analog flangers.Might even be digital
post mic at the sound board.

It's an old, blue-face rack-mount MXR Flanger/Doubler that sits in a small rack (with an MXR 1500 digital delay) next to his pedalboard.

Looks to be an old MXR Flanger Doubler. Here is the rig he used for
that tour. Although he also used the Marshall stack to the left of
the Fulton-Webb in the pic. In the video you see him walk up and
get feed back from the Marshall Stack, not the FW.
