Briggs Apollo Love!!

I've received the guitar on Wednesday,so I'm not going to post a full review since I could bi biased by the honeymoon phase,but....

This guitar is simply amazing!!!
Jack is a world-class luthier!First of all the man knows his woods:when I was ordering the guitar Jack told me how each piece of wood would have sound by tapping them and we choosen the woods accordingly to my needs.I have to say that Jack has great ears! His descriptions were 100% accurate and now the guitar sound just as expected!
Secondly his building quality is really at top level.Finish is perfect and the attention to details is impressive.Considering that Jack does everything by hand it's even more impressive.
The playability of the Apollo is amazing.Great neck carve and mine is very light weight and resonant.
Jack also suggested to go with a pair of Wolfetone Legends due to the woods and weight of the guitar.Again Jack knows what he's doing. The pickups sounds great in my Apollo. We achieved a guitar that is really warm and smooth, but at the same time articulate and defined.
Even after an intercontinental fly,the guitar arrived with a perfect set-up.
Last Jack for his Apollo uses the Ameritage guitar cases.I think that the are some of the best cases I've ever seen.I'm not surprised that the guitar arrived perfectly save here.
Now some crappy pics taken today which is rainy:

Jack thank you for such a great guitar!!!

Gorgeous, congrats! I've been admiring Jack's work for some time. Gotta play a Briggs some day.

I've not had the pleasure of playing a Briggs just yet, but from all accounts and the feedback I've received from friends who have had the chance...outstanding instruments in every regard.

they are beautiful, that's for sure.

Awesome stuff.
Just curious, but what do you use for amps and pedals?
What style of music do you play?

I'm playing blues/rock stuff.
Right now I've a Fuchs ODS 100 and another D*mble clone made from a local builder, through a 2x12 custom cabinet with celestion G12-65.No pedals, except for a Trex Replica delay and a wha.
It sounds great through my rig!
