My Bands new Album is Finally on iTUNES!

Hey all -

My Band Fifteen Fleeting finally has our new album up on iTunes! You can search "Fifteen Fleeting" and it will come right up. The album name is "Signals From an Empty Room" and it has 10 tracks on it.

We are an original band and we play Rock music to say it short and sweet. We mix elements of blues, pop, shoegaze and sometimes even folk. Mainly; however, it is rock. But it all depends on the song and thats how we do things - one song at a time and making each song unique.

We have one album review up so far and it is available here if you want to read: http://johnnybeblogging.blogspot.com...w-fifteen.html

All Merch available here: http://fifteenfleeting.bigcartel.com/

Thanks for reading if you clicked. God bless!

A fellow TGP Member did a lot of artwork/logo-work for us (Ben Allison). Although his logo is not on our cover, one is on our shirts, is featured at the top of our myspace and some banners for shows, also at the top of our merch store. He does great work.

Thanks Ben!

We'll I listened on your myspace page and it all sounds great. You guys remind me of Mae who I really like. Great production, vocals, and killer crunch guitars. I also like the way you invoke some bluesyness into the songs. Best of luck to you.

Thanks screamingduck!

we got some great news today. We will be playing at the bamboozle left show in Irvine California @ the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater (April 4-5). I think we will also be playing at the Bamboozle Festival in East Rutherford, NJ @ the Meadowlands Complex also (May 2-3). When it all gets finalized, I'll post some more details.

www.thebamboozle.com

but for now - keep checking us out!

So far, I've listened to Signals From an Empty Room...it's pretty cool and better than SO much of the crap on myspace. There's a good sense of melody...and, for me, that makes a band enjoyable to listen to. Just made it to If It's Alright. I like this one more than SFaER. But, I have to head to dinner...so I'll catch more later.

Congratulations, drod2045! I can't imagine how excited you must be; I'm completely envious! I've taken a quick listen to the samples on iTunes, and the songs sound great.

I was listening to the myspace songs, and I pick it back up...thoughts are as I listen.

Streetlamp Limelight - I like the drummer's use of the bass drum during verse. The vocals on the verse remind me of something from Jimmy Eat World's album that spawned all of the hits...Bleeding American or something like that. What guitar were you using or was used on the right channel? The clean sounds on the picked part before it heads into the chorus sounds like it's lacking something...almost like old strings do. I'm not describing it well enough...I suck at that part. But, I like the overdriven guitar sound. Like that fade out

Among a Million - I dig the guitar sound in the left channel...didn't quite expect it to sound like that....the slide with some heavy reverb or something. Your singer has a good voice. It doesn't strike me as instantly recognizable, but it sounds good...solid. I could imagine this one the radio...at least the last time I listened to the radio. I like the right guitar part around 3:45-3:57 or around there. Nice little texture to the song. I really like to hear cello/violin worked into songs...can really make a part sound so much better than just a guitar by itself. Song did seem to run a bit long.

I dig it. It'd likely catch my attention if I were at a bar and you guys were playing. I'm not sure if it's something that beckons me to buy...it takes a lot for that nowadays. But, it definitely sounds good. Thanks for posting songs. I know this is the gear page and people post a lot of lead play, but it's nice to hear things in the context of a song. It's something that I can give a better opinion on, though I prefer to give quickshot opinions as I'm listening rather than picking it apart.

Dinner calls.

hey i really appreciate your detailed commentary.

streetlamp limelight - the synthy type guitar is a strat w/ singles through a nova mod (i believe tri chorus and subtle trem), t rex reptile delay w/ mod on and a verbzilla on octo. the other guitar that does the appregio type picking is a gibson explorer (hetfield) with buckers through a H&K duo and marshall cab. After listening back to that section only recently, I agree with that outro picking part that leads into the chours. lacks volume/presence in the mix. you described it perfectly

thanks for checkin out though and your honesty!!! I like how dinner always calls ya too

Don't get me wrong...i really like the music. It's something I probably wouldn't notice if I weren't specifically listening for things to comment on. It all fits together really well. It sounds better than anything I've recorded...as a UX2 + SM57 just doesn't cut it.

And yeah, I typically post at home and just happened to post around dinner time on both days.
