I've got one in my Fx loop. It is nearly always on set at around 300-350 ms. Sweet pedal - analog, organic tone but very quiet operation. Solid build (true bypass, discrete components and heavy metal case) and has a max delay of about 550 ms and will self-oscillate and make warble noises when you move the time knob. The switches aren't always the best on Moen pedals but they are very easy and cheap to replace if necessary - mine is going strong after a year of daily use. I have another Moen Pedal (Shaky Jimi) which had a switch failure but I fixed it for about $8. I've yet to find a better overall analog echo pedal. It seems best for medium length delays - slapback is good but not quite wet enough. I'd say get one they're pretty cheap and have most of the mojo of the old Boss or Ibanez analog delays but with a little more delay time and sonic clarity.

They are probably very nice delays but I just want to point out that they are not analog and there is no way they are completely discrete. They would need to be in a monstrously large enclosure to be discrete. Were talking many thousands of individual transistors and caps for that to happen

Oh right - I should have said they are not SMD construction; apologies. I know that they are not analogue though; I believe most of what I just wrote refers to the way it sounds. It's a based around a digital chip but is filtered to sound analogue - Moen markets it as a digital/analogue hybrid. But it does sound a lot like old Boss and Ibanez analogue delays.
