PRS McCarty and Cu22

Can anyone tell me what's the dimensional differences between these 2? Do they have the same thickness for the mahog back?

No....The McCarty is thicker both top and back. The headstock angle is also different.

I see... So, (pardon my terminology) the McCarty is basically a Les Paul that's much easier to play in the upper frets?

Ah, not really. Perhaps it was intended to get that tone, in a general sense, but it is its own thing. Different.

Of course... I didn't mean to say that it was an LP clone. But the gist of the MC is more similar to that of an LP as compared to a Cu22 where the body is a lot thinner.

The headstock for the MC is more angled I presume?

Yep. Forces the strings to break over the nut a little more.
