Lawrence L-200 vs Fender SCN

I know both are designed by Bill Lawrence yet SCN is produced by Fender.

Which one is better and why?

The L-200 is a newer, IMO better creature.

And Bill is right there every step of the way. His wire, his magnets, his winding technology, his facility, his personnel, his supervision.

Man, they are nice.

I replaced the SCN's in a Deluxe with L-200's. They are both totally noiseless and I find the L-200's a little smoother. They are both fine, well crafted pups.
