Xotic Robotalk Question

I've got a couple of these guys here and they both have the power supply option on them. I've always used them with batteries but thought I'd try to hook up some power supplies. I don't want to damage them and was wondering what is the best way to power them ? Any other way other than with 2 wall warts ?

You need two separate power sources for the two jacks. Either two wall warts (Boss PSA or similar) or two isolated outputs on a PP2+, BBE Supacharger, T-Rex Fuel Tank JR or similar.

Two outputs on a DC Brick or 1spot daisy chain won't work - the two sources has to be separate.

Great thanks man...I was wondering about the PP2+....wasn't sure if those were "isolated" enough

If it's the old Robotalk, correct you need two separate power supplies because essentially it's two effects. The new Robotalk 2 only requires one, FYI

So are two outputs on a Pedal Power 2 Plus isolated enough to power a Robotalk V1 safely ?

Thanks Ben !

I use my Robotalk V1 with my PP2+ and have no problems. I went this way because mine drinks batteries.
