Yesterday I checked out a friends Lovepedal E and was really impressed. While it sounded really nice, it might be a touch too bright for my rig. I did see that PGS have a batch of the Kanji pedals comming which according to their site are a touch warmer...
Anyone have experience with both, and what are your opinions of the Kanji's? Thanks alot

FWIW- heard a guy play one a couple weeks ago didn't get a great idea of the comparison to my "natural" E, as we didn't play them one right after another with same rig. But I thought I remember Kanji sounded darker, with slightly less gain to my ear.

I've owned both a regular E and the Kanji. You are right that the Kanji is a little bit warmer, though the difference is not huge. The Kanji also sounds a bit bigger with more girth than the standard E.

I have the standard "E" (but have a Kanji on order). The brightness can really be dialed out quite a bit on the standard E...the GLASS knob is more of a treble boost than a standard tone control...so rolling it back to less than 9:00 takes out a lot of treble.
