Any "Off-Brand" pedal modders?

I'm just looking to get a Moen Shaky Jimi (Vibe) modded to fix a volume drop. Everybody I've heard of just does the popular brands(Boss, Ibanez etc.). Any links or referrals appreciated!

Martin C. (a.k.a. Soulsonic) comes to mind first. Or Ron N. (theehman), Fred Briggs, etc. Then again, anyone with a good knowledge of electronics and experience modding stock pedals (ask to see some examples of their work before you hire someone) would probably be fine. I could do it too, but I'd probably charge you too much, but I'll offer suggestions free of charge.

Depending on your preferences, there are a lot of potential ways to fix a volume drop. It might be as simple as adding a buffer (2 additional parts) or as complex as adding a trimmable op-amp gain stage to the output of the circuit. Or, if you're willing to wait a bit longer, someone could find or trace a schematic for the unit, and make appropriate changes to the circuit to fix the problem while retaining the "stock look."

I'm talking to a friend about modding my maxon ad999 with a couple of expression pedal jacks for delay time and feedback.

I've looked for the schematic, but no luck so far. I really DO like the tone, but would like to at least get close to unity gain.
I also forgot to mention that cost has to be reasonable, or I would have bought an expensive unit otherwise.
Even an experienced hobbyist would be considered.
All help appreciated!
