Bourgeois Slope D owners?

Any Bourgeois Slope D owners out there? I've narrowed my next purchase down to either a Slope D/Banjo Killer or a Country Boy Deluxe.

Just wondering if anybody had a Slope D they were using for bluegrass/flatpicking?

Ended up buyng a '97 Slope D that was built for, and belonged to Norman Blake.

I played 7-8 Slope D's/Banjo Killers the past 2 weeks and this one has something special. It's really balanced string to string, but has this really cutting, throaty low-mid thing going on.

VERY cool guitar.
