The VL Versa will be released in the coming months, and is designed to power Eventide, Radial, etc. with high amperage draw, as well as units that need AC.

People have successfully powered their Eventides with the PP2+, but Eventide does not recommend it (and it would purportedly void your warranty)

You wont fry it. It just wont function properly if the amperage is too low.

Hi, I know this thread hasn't been posted to in a while, but was wondering if anyone has had success in powering the PF with the PP2+? If they have are they using the cable with the red end(the one that has tip positive, and are you plugging into ports 5 or 6, and did you have to set the jumper to on? Thanks for your time.

Regards,

Adam

timefactor advice is to get a Y cable from VL and use the red cable that came with PP2, plugged into both L6 outs, set to normal. seems to work.
