Delay that sounds closest to Roland RE-201 Space Echo

Hi, I really love the old Space Echos (201, 301, 501), what pedal do you guys think comes the closet to it?? I have the memory lane 1 and an eventide timefactor right now is there something better??

I really like mode 4 on the RE-201, the sopishicated echo its called, that's what i'd really like the pedal to do!!! Modulation would be nice too.

What are you're suggestions???

Superdelay does a great tape echo...

Also, even though its based on an Echoplex, the Skreddy Echo is amazing.

My band just used the RE-20 extensively in the studio. We used it mostly for vocals and drums. It's very close to the original. They even got the crappy reverb right. I'm usually not a big fan of modelling technology, but this thing was a winner.
