Need a new delay!
I love delays.
I currently run a Keeley DD-3, Empress Super Delay, TRex Replica, and a Skreddy Echo. I have a Keeley AD-9, but it doesnt sit well enough in a sea of effects. If it is on it's own it is quite amazing, but in a large effects chain it cannot stand out. Ive been considering losing my Keeley DD-3 to replace it with the Eventide Timefactor, as I love using different delays for different songs. Any suggestions on what I should try next? I usually run 2 delays at a time for that Edge sound. |

I know it's pricey, but the Memory Lane is a real nice pedal that gives you 2 independent analog delay sounds. If you want your delay to "cut through" per se, digital is probably the way to go. I've always found analog delays to be a bit softer to my ears, but I'm sure the Eventide does a good emulation of analog if you need it. Happy hunting! I'm a delay freak myself.

That is pricey but it sounds great.
Wow, Im not sold on Eventide's Timefactor. It sounds to digital to me. Thanks for the Memory Lane suggestion! |
