Need a GOOD cheap speaker

I got a 1x12 cab (closed) that needs a speaker for band practice and some grab and go while my other rigs are set up in other venues. Sure, a V-30 would be great, but I'd like to spend less than $100. Possibly alot less? Will be used on a SS amp, but as I said, also with my tube amps.

The Weber Sig12B is a great all-around speaker, and it goes for $50.

Jensen Mod 12-70 about $65 new? GREAT SPEAKER!!!! I ran one in both an Ampeg Jet and Superjet and it was just awesome. Very neutral and clear sounding with a bit of greenback mixed in.

They sell used on ebay all the time for $50-$60. If a V30 is what you want, then there's no reason you can't get one for well under $100.

Actually, Eminence cost the same or less in many cases and they are better than decent...and made in the USA.
