Wink Guitar Versus New Kitchen: Which would you choose?

Time to remodel the kitchen so I was pricing a new stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Adding it all up, I realized that it was about the same cost as a fancy new unnamed guitar. Actually, the appliances totaled a little less.

Which would you choose?

Fancy guitar or new kitchen appliances.

Now, ponder the cost of materials, labor and value.

Also, the guitar takes three years to be delivered, the kitchen stuff is next day.

Is there a wife or significant other involved in the decision process - or are you master of your domain??

Somehow I think there is someone else involved in this decision who's opinion is much more important than any of ours.

I bought both last year ...

+1 Why is there is a question? Really we don't have to live with your old lady so it's easy to for all of us to say this. So you've got to figure is your enjoyment of that new guitar is greater than your fear of your wife beating you to death with it. LOL. 'Cause we all know there is a wife involved other wise you'd probly be picking color of that strat rather than wallpaper. Peace. J.J.B.

The obvious unselfish choice would be the kitchen. Others will certainly benifit from a updated kitchen. A new guitar ....will come along ...like puppies in the spring.

No, actually it is a good political move because everytime I've done something like this for her benefit she actually buys me a new guitar. To date: Two Chapins, Two Fenders.
I appreciate a cool kitchen anyway.......
Best, Pete.

All I know is, eating out of a toaster and microwave is getting rather old.

I guess there's always delivered food like pizza.

the guitar will last longer and retain it's value better.
the kitchen will score you one point with the significant other.

I guess it depends on how badly you need that point.

P.S.
Why doesn't anyone build fridges that last anymore?!?!?

This is a trick question, because it's more of a statement.

I'm single by the way. No more wife.
